Local children run to Raise Money for Mental Health

Ruby and Leila Cummins from Scoil Eoin & their Mom Julie will be running in the Cork Women’s Mini-Marathon on Sunday, Sept 22nd.  They are doing it to raise funds for KYSS, Kinsale Youth Support Services which although it says Kinsale, it actually covers 10 parishes including Innishannon. The funds are used to employ a mental health support worker & also to fund private Counselling for young people in need of support. It’s a great cause as we all need to mind our mental health, especially our young people, they are the future. If anyone would like to sponsor them a few euro for this event, they would really appreciate it.
