Priests Easter Collection
The Priests Easter Collection will take place Easter Sunday April 1st (Only collection that day). Only two collections per year go directly to the priest, this Easter Collection & the Christmas Collection. Envelopes are available in both Churches.
There will be an extra collection next weekend for the Parish Fund.

Tidy Towns AGM
Tidy Towns will hold their A.G.M. on Monday 9th April at 8.30pm downstairs in the Parish Hall. This year Innishannon won a Bronze Medal in the National Tidy Town Awards. We hope to continue that upward trend. Please come to this meeting to discuss ideas and plan for the summer ahead. Everyone welcome.
Strictly Valleys
Strictly Valleys are delighted to announce they raised a fabulous €647 for the Cancer Society from the matinee held Sunday the 24th of March. We would like to thank all our dancers and everyone who supported such a worthy cause.
Why Keep the 8th Amendment
There will be a public information evening at The Parkway Hotel, Dunmanway on Friday 13th April at 7.30pm. Kathy Sinnott, former MEP and Alan Daveron, Solicitor will share their thoughts on the critical importance of retaining the 8th Amendment in our Constitution. A national canvass is underway ahead of the referendum in May and we would encourage as many people as possible to attend and get involved. Bígí linn!

Gurrane National School Community Walk
On Sunday 8th April at 2pm. As the school is very much part of the local community we would like to invite all our neighbours, past pupils, past parents & especially new people & new families to join us for an enjoyable community gathering. Cork Association for Autism
Is having its bi annual Flag Day on Thursday May 3rd. They are looking for volunteers that would be so kind as to give up their time for a couple of hours on the day. The Flag Day will be taking part in the following locations in North and East Cork: Carrigtwohill, Charleville, Cobh, Fermoy, Mitchelstown, Mallow, Midleton, Watergrasshill and Youghal.
